These terms cover your use of this website. By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry, you accept them. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

These terms are about the website. Any renovation work we carry out for you is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you for that project.

02 Using this website

You're welcome to browse the site and contact us about a project. Please don't misuse it — that means no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with how it runs, no automated scraping, and no using our contact forms to send spam or anything unlawful.

03 Quotes and estimates

Nothing on this website is an offer to perform work at a stated price. Prices, availability and timescales depend entirely on your property, the scope you choose and the materials selected.

A quote becomes binding only once it is issued in writing and accepted by both you and Dreamspace. Sending a form does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in our schedule.

04 Workmanship guarantee

We reference a two year workmanship guarantee on this site. The exact scope of that guarantee, what it covers and what it excludes, is set out in the written agreement for your project. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are provided by those manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship guarantee.

05 Our content

The text, layout, design and photographs on this site belong to Dreamspace or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering a project. Please don't republish, sell or reuse our content or project photographs elsewhere without asking us first.

06 Project photography

Photographs shown on this site are of work we have carried out. They illustrate the kind of results we produce. Every property and every budget is different, so they are not a promise that your project will look identical or cost the same.

07 Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their practices.

08 Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. The site is provided on an "as is" basis, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.
